This one is relatively limpid, the hue is gold. Lively carbonation. An off-white head grows almost three fingers tall and collapses quickly to a thin billowy ring.
This beer contains five hop varieties. I'm not convinced that such a medley is a good choice. Indeed, the dominant aroma is perfumy. Otherwise, biscuit, lemon, grass and a hint of coconut seal the olfactory archive.
The taste puts forward grapefruit peel, lemon juice, grass, a drop of resin and biscuit. The taste profile is, fortunately, not as all over the place as what the fragrance and especially the hop combination might suggest. Actually, fairly decent tastewise.
The body is thin. The aftertaste gives citruses, grass, resin and biscuit. Not really different from the actual taste experience.
The sensation is thin, slightly crisp, moderately dry and drying as well as fragrant. Refreshing. Some extra decimals for working alright with such a more ABV.
