Another beer provided by Ryan. This one from prairie Artisan ales. Ryan bought this when he was at the brewery last month. I'm using the glass he brought me also. This is a sour with peach puree in it. Can smell the peaches from the can. Light yellow color and too hazy to see through. Aroma from the snifter glass is peach and a sweet sugar. The flavor definitely brings a peach puree quality and the sugar seems like a natural part of the fruity pulp. Not sour at all and just barely tart. Same flavor through the beginning the middle and the finish. Not a complicated beer but it's really good.
