Beer number two on sour Saturday for Ryan and I. Another Prairie candied sour. This one is to taste like green apple candy. Very similar to the last Prairie. Another strangely golden green color with a little bit of haze added. Soft creamy texture, very sweet. This one changes to a tart green apple, more like apple juice. From start to finish the same nice tart flavor. It's good but not as good as the last one.
