A sour beer based on the lime and ginger variation of the Whiskey Sour cocktail, in collaboration with the Finnish brewery TUJU. After adding a generous amount of refreshing lime and subtly present ginger, we rested it on bourbon barrel chips until it absorbed the characteristic flavors of whiskey.
