🖤 Finally I was able to get myself a break and get myself few of these Brujos beers. This is my first one, so It's only adequate to share this experience with you all. 🖤 BEER: Alienesque BREWERY: Brujos Brewing X Human People Beer BEER STYLE: NEDIPA ABV: 8.2% COUNTRY: USA GREY’S VIEW Mosaic 702, Mosaic Lupomax, Riwaka, Citra Cryo, Nelson Kohia Hop Kief & Nelson Maui Hop Kief hopped NEDIPA. Aroma is slow one to grow, it needs time to warm up and give the actual deeper beat from it. First sip is sticky and hop oily, I mean really hop oily. Taste offers ripe juicy melons, ripe mango juice and hints of tangerine marmalade. But the hop oils are the main thing here. Them being, bit sticky, runny and melted honey like, without the sweetness. Somewhat new and exiciting stuff, but also odd. It's so hop oily. Body is, easy one to drink. Feels smaller then it actually is. There's pretty close to no feel of dry hops here, which is also nice twist, emphasizing the hop oils that much more. OTHER NOTES: It's not the easiest one to enjoy, but it has bravery to it, which I'm always a big fan of. I think that the flavors will deepen while my glass lasts here, so it'll only grow upwards.
