Ihan ok, tosin ei niin hyvää mitä muut maistamat juomat tässä genressä. Etäisesti tulee tuo perinteinen mead mieleen, enemmän kun ois makeaa ja hunaja maistuisi vahvemmin. Nyt tulee jopa siiderimäinen kuivuus esiin. Väritys: kirkas ja läpikuultava, vähäisellä vaahdolla.

Varmaan mainio omas sarjassaan, mut ei ehkä ollu omaan makuun. Iha ok kuitenki. Ostin viereisestä paikasta (Båthus) maistelusetin ja kannoin naapurimestaan (Pub Niska).

Raikas, kevyt ja kuiva kupliva mead.

I am not an expert in mead in any way. This is probably the first one I rate. The taste is very fresh, almost like cider. The taste has a lot of green apple and citrus. It’s interesting, the sales person at the brewery said that the sweetness is strong, and you have to dig for the citrus. I claim it’s the opposite, where the sweetness comes as a nice aftertaste. There is a fair bit of raisin in the first bite, which I personally don’t appreciate. It makes it, though, a bit more interesting. I might have to try more meads.
