I'm picking banana, canned mandarin, apricot, biscuit and wheat malt. The billboard says "Poivre Sichuan", that is Sichuan pepper. I surely miss it in the palate. Not a faintest trace. The light-bodied beer ends with apricot, mandarin and fermented banana. The mouthfeel is light, smooth, mouthcoating and slightly drying. Pity, I missed the Sichuan pepper in the taste.
