Patrons Projects 44 will collaborate with the North’s best cocktail bars. Starting with Leeds’ Below Stairs, one the UK’s most acclaimed. Philadelphia Fish House IPA is a super smashable, quenchable beer, perfect for long summer evenings in the beer garden. The key ingredient in the cocktail, other than rum, is peach. Other components of the cocktail include lemon zest, added in the brewhouse for an underlying zing, and tea, for some tannic dryness, for which we can rely on just a touch of tannic hop bite from the dry hop. We've used peach puree, peach oil-infused hop oils and our new favourite hop, Luminosa, for layers of summery peach character.
