Flight 4/4. Limpid, very dark brown beer with a red hue and a cappuccino-colored head. Surprisingly long retention. The nose picks a faint roast. Nothing more. The taste is not that roasty though. Or not at all, to be accurate. I rather find licorice, aniseed, dry grass and a resinous twist. A marginal sweet hint enters the scene as if lactose. The body is light-medium to medium. The tail waves down soon. Feels smooth, light-crisp, moderately dry and drying in the mouth. Crispness is well placed. Actually the most balanced of these four.
