Another entry by Brad for the 34th annual SOTS Reunion Impress the Beer Master competition. Final entry, which I've been saving, is a 10th anniversary Imperial milk stout from 2022. The 11% alcohol is upfront with a cocoa chocolate bitterness. Semi-sweet and strong. Notes of dark fruit, dates and fresh raisins. All flavors continue into the finish and then turns a gentle dry. As I suspected, the fact that he entered my favorite beer, and an anniversary beer that's 2 years old, and a darn good beer clearly makes him the winner of the competition.
