Three of our favourite hops-Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic make this sessionable IPA a belter. Bursting with notes of grapefruit and an appealing biscuit maltness.

Well that’s a first, I pride myself on pouring a good, well balanced beer, but this ones head grew, grew and then grew some more, still 3 mins later it isn’t subsiding.
Hopefully in about 10 minutes I might actually get to try it without getting a mouthful of froth.
It’s a pretty standard IPA if I might say so myself, and I’ve been looking forward to a beer for a while now. There’s a slight metallic taste, only very slight. It’s light in taste, dark in appearance which is strange. It has a strong hoppy smell. but a slightly disappointing taste. Not one for the history books, unless I’ve got a dud.
**Added 5 minutes later, it’s a grower, slight floral notes.** added an extra half a star
