Good People is a Birmingham brewery that I've been to many times. Can't believe I've never rated this pale ale. Outstandingly high head, doesn't want to go away. Hazy but I don't see anything floating. Good aroma for a pale ale, has a bit of a lemon characteristic. Soft texture, smooth, not much effervescence left, and turns just a little dry toward the middle. Flavor is good. Sweeter than I would expect and I like that. Not over the top, just brings a....... honeysuckle? Perhaps some of that orange blossom honey I loved in South Florida. I'm getting just a little hop bitterness in the finish. It lingers for a little while but overall I'm really enjoying this.
