Acidité et Abricot très présents, dommage de pas sentir autant en Framboise

Cloudy, deep mango juice colored beer with a bit reserved carbonation unleashes a clean white, fluffy head that exceeds two fingers. The foamy crown dwarfs quickly to a hair-thin lace ring on the top.
Intensive apricot shakes hands with zesty passionfruit, nectarine and tangerine in the scent. A concentration of wheat malt and a suggestion of oat cracker can be identified in the grainbill. All seasoned with lactic acid.
Apricot can easily be declared the winner also in the gustatory contest. Very zesty and mushy. Passionfruit is interesting because it's fairly obvious although there's no passionfruit in this beer. In turn, the beer contains raspberry, and indeed, I can now spot it among the flavors, yet relatively modest. Nectarine is very close to apricot and should be included in the list but tangerine is absent. Wheat is most easily recognizable among the grains.
The body is medium-full. My applause to that! It's nothing phenomenal for 8 % but still very welcome. The end doesn't change a thing in this journey. It feels like the aftertaste was in the fire, burned by velvet dreams; that seems so safe.
The mouthfeel is medium-full, juicy, pulpy, tropical, reasonably tart, acidic and a tad puckering. Nothing overwhelming but a solid enjoyable performer.

Bonne bière bien fruité avec des notes d'abricot, de pommes et de fruits jaunes, le tout est plutôt peut sucré et plutôt sec
