Im Glas golden und minimal trüb. Schaum nicht viel, aber schon stabil. In der Nase eine absolute Fruchtbombe. Nach Mangopüree und leicht citral. Im Mund zuerst feinperlige Kohlensäure, dann wird es cremig. Die Frucht kommt nun Haupttrunk voll zur Geltung. Leider wird es hintenraus etwas wässrig. Mit +0,5 fürs Design trotzdem Top.
