Aisla is a marvellously rich, thick and roasted Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Harsh smouldering peat tones by Laphroaig barrels, gently mellowed by the sweet caramel and vanilla notes from bourbon barrels, blended in a bottle of perfection. A breathtaking indulgence. Slàinte!

Décevant niveau rapport qualité /prix.
Bière très liquoreuse manquant de nuances et de subtilité au final.
On retrouve bien le boisé le bourbon , un léger côté chocolat ( plus au nez d'ailleurs) et une amertume de fin de bouche.
Mais tout ça reste brut de décoffrage au final.
