Nordspanien-Wochen 6/23: In Oviedo auf der Reise durch Nordspanien gibt es Craftbeer aus dem Baskenland, obwohl die schöne Stadt in Asturien liegt. Gut fruchtiges West Coast IPA, angenehm herb. Vor allem Tropical Noten sind im Schluck, dabei zeigt sich das Bier unkompliziert und geradlinig. Minimal wässrig fand ich es, dafür sehr gut laufend.

Une IPA pure style sans fioriture. De l’amertume et on s’arrête là. Rare d’en trouver de nos jours.
