Bonne bière très puissante en bouche avec une bonne acidité, des notes boisé un côté fruits rouge apporté par le fin, cerise, des tanins et au final une bobbr longueur en bouche

This beer looks exceptionally ugly: muddy, sludgy, red ochre to burned umber color. The carbonation is relatively introverted as it produces a latte-hued velvety head that falls short of one finger. Albeit the carbonation is long gone, the foamy cap is neatly sustained on the top. Dry red wine dominates the olfactory universe. Sour cherry, blackberry, mulberry and heavy oak barrel notes complete the sensation. Is it sharp or sophisticated? I would say both. This is not particularly young, let alone raw, but there's still room for more mature nuances, at least what comes to the scent. Red wine can't be escaped in the gustatory segment either. Very dry and astringent. Purple grape, sour cherry, blackberry and mulberry, but totally opposite to the normal sweet flavor of the mulberry, this is bleedingly sour. Maybe even a hint of plum. The beer has rested in oak barrels for quite some time, and you can taste the notes here. The body is medium-full. But not full. The end serves berries and red wine barrels big notes. Sour with capital S. As a matter of fact, I can't observe any difference between the actual taste and the aftertaste. A nice long lingering duration. The mouthfeel is vinous, barrel aged, tart, astringent, puckering, extraordinarily dry, relatively mature and juicy. Corrodes your enamel. Additionally, I should call this deep and maybe even a bit elegant although it also has its sharper side. A slow sipper. 🤎💜🤎

Acidité maîtrisée, fut de chêne évident, longueur sympa. Pas de passage à vide.
