Я шокирован. Этот эль чернее Квадрата Малевича и пиратского флага Чёрного Джека вместе взятых. Мощная шапка цвета белёной слоновой кости, однородная и стойкая, укрывает эту субстанцию надёжно. Аромат средней силы, разнотравье, ментол, хвоя, жжёночка. Глоток скручивает механорецепторы с вкусовыми в единое целое. Ощущения уникальные, сочетание заморозки, покалывания, жжения, даже пару электрических разрядов проскочило, вроде. Через это безобразие различим сильный вкус чёрного(естественно) кофе, свежей еловой хвои и жжёной карамели. Горечь знатная и растёт от глотка к глотку. Особо шикарна псевдозаморозка, видимо от начального шока рецепторов, поэтому вкус постепенно нарастает, размораживаясь без метаморфоз, просто плавное усиление. Балдёж. Уникально, такого я ещё не пробовал. I'm shocked. This ale is blacker than Malevich's Square and Black Jack's pirate flag combined. A powerful cap of bleached ivory color, uniform and durable, reliably covers this substance. Medium strength aroma, herbs, menthol, pine needles, burnt. A sip twists the mechanoreceptors with the taste ones into a single whole. The sensations are unique, a combination of freezing, tingling, burning, even a couple of electrical discharges, it seems. Through this "disgrace" we can discern the strong taste of black (of course) coffee, fresh spruce needles and burnt caramel. The bitterness is notable and grows from sip to sip. The pseudofreezing is especially gorgeous, apparently from the initial shock of the receptors, so the taste gradually increases, defrosting without metamorphosis, just a smooth intensification.
