Inspired by the Norwegian waffle dessert with browncheese and jam we have made this beautiful dark monster! In a 1000 liter batch we’ve thrown in 30kg of premium Norwegian browncheese, added lots of waffle spices and blueberry jam.

Tuoksuu vaahtokarkilta! Makea on juu. Vaahtokarkkia, siirappia, alkoholikin kummittelee takana, ei niin piilossa ku näis tummissa yleensä. Jälkkäriherkku. 1,5dl menee, enemmän ei.
