This straw-coloured ale pours bright and pale in the glass with a firm white head.
The aroma has delicate botanical and citrus with pine undertones. Flavour-wise it provides a balance of crisp, understated malty flavours, sprightly lemon and citrus, and grassy fresh hop notes.
The finish is fresh and crisp with hints of bitter sweetness.

It must be good I'm getting the lemon zest and bready flavours and the botanicals on the nose. There's more to Exmoor than the Beast. 👍👍

Well it did say "Light Pale Ale"... sorry guys, didn't do it for me, if it had Robinson's on the label I'd be giving it to the grandkids in their packed lunch.

JDW Beer Festival, Spring 2024.
Pours straw coloured with a white head. Easy drinking and refreshing. Hints of lemon in the aroma and flavour. Quite watery.
