Semiclear, chestnut brown beer with rich carbonation unlocks a creamy head that exceeds two fingers. The foamy cap shrinks soon but sustains a thick billowy lace ring in the sides. A moldy lacing wafts on the top. The scent is restrained, maybe because of the temperature. It offers brown biscuit, a twist of syrup and raisin. All in small quantities. The taste is very balanced, I somehow anticipate something sweet-leaning. Even though the components include intensive malt, biscuit, raw cacao powder, raisin, remote syrup and a grassy slam, the palate is still very balanced and not sappy at all. The body is medium to medium-full. The end is fairly identical to the actual taste, perhaps marginally more bitter if a difference must be pointed.
