Hyvin tummanruskea, hivenen samea olut. Kevyt vaahto laskee nopeasti. Tuoksussa on paahteista mallasta, toffeeta ja hiven punaista karviaista. Maku on aavistuksen hapan, herukkainen ja kevyesti maltainen. Loppumaku on pitkään hapan, myös aavistus humalaa astuu mukaan. Alkaa tottua näihin.
