Wow this one is lively, the head has left a Toby Carvery shaped Yorkshire pudding on top of my glass. The beer is a little disappointing but then if you market a Quadruple with the “10”, then you almost make a comparison with Rochefort and then you’re gonna come up short. As a quadruple fan this comes up short.

Ein trüber gelblicher Belgier steht vor mir. Die Krone ist fest und bleibt großzügig fleckig am Glas. Es duftet dezent nach belgischer Hefe. Im Antrunk dominiert auch hier die Hefeeinschläge. Im Anhang gesellt sich ein schöne bittere Note dazu. Ein recht leichtes belgisches Bierchen. Kann man gut trinken.

Une bière très houblonnée, acide, avec une jolie mousse. Pas assez ronde à mon goût, et je ne sens pas du tout le chocolat. Sans doute manque-t-elle cruellement d'alcool...
