What a fresh and complex beast, while also covering the alcohol quite well. Very nice. Good fruitiness, funkiness and pleasant oakiness from the barrel aging. I'm not a fan of wine, but the Chardonnay vineousness is clearly very present and not too shabby. Interesting. Complex. Tasty.

Ibu 35. 7,5°. Aromes de chêne et raisins fermentés. Intéressante mais pas à mon goût.

Brasserie Brewfist Italie. Bière blonde non filtrėe de couleur jaune trouble. 7,6% IBU 35. Odeur florale et levure. Goût de raisin fermenté et alcool. Un peu trop acide pour mon palais. Très moyennement bonne.
