This is a beer from Birmingham that I brought for Ryan and I to Duo. Good People Brewing is a very nice little brewery. A modest head, really hazy orange color. A lot of sediment on the bottom, I think there may be two seeds down there. I'm not drinking those. Aroma of lemon and blood orange. Texture is soft and creamy and the body is heavy. Flavor is now straight up grapefruit with some honey sweetness, the other citrus flavors are gone. Almost no bitterness from the hops. This is very drinkable. The kind of beer to be enjoyed with pizza or a meal. The mellow flavor would make it very compatible with food. Not a memorable beer or one that would stand out in your memory, but just a nice solid drinkable IPA.
