Blend of lambic & wine made from Riesling grapes. Riesling is a well-known German grape. These grapes are grown by our friend Pascal Treichler. The wine ripened along with our lambic. Brewed on 26-10-2021 Blended on 26-10-2022 In honor of old and new comrades. Fermented, aged & bottled on the farm.
