No ihan maistuva on.

Kaneli ja korvapuusti kera vaniljan. Täyteläinen kokemus!

Tummaa kuin yö, pieni vaahto. Tuoksu makea, tonkapapumainen. Maussa myös tonkaa, suklaata, paahteisuutta ja makeutta. Mielestäni hyvässä tasapainossa oleva maustettu imppi.

Yön mustaa. Kaunis tölkki! Makea, mämminen ja mukavan lämmittävä.

Closing of the weekend. With a beer, of course. One more week to go for the summer vacation, fortunately something interesting awaiting.
But the beer. Yes. Opaque and jet black. Like one could imagine. The carbonation is reserved. A cappuccino-colored head displays a velvety texture and height that falls short of one finger. Soon the top is calm.
Powerful tonka hovers in the air. Cinnamon, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, aniseed, a whisper of cardamom. Spiced. Intriguing.
The tastebuds anticipate copious cinnamon but, instead, get molten dark chocolate and bowls of cacao nibs seasoned by lofty cinnamon, aniseed and distant syrup. Equals massive tonka. And cinnamon roll. Oat flakes are ample in the grainbill. A hint of cardamom brings a little harsh spicy element into the cocktail. The fragrance already showed the way in which the palate would take me, so all quiet on the western front.
The body is full. The finish gives the same spiced chocolate ganache as the original encounter. Hence, no evolution, no layers. Pick your author from a waking fantasy, filled with suffering and slavery; you live only for the days to come, shoveling trash of the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel is full, adjuncted, spiced, soft and smooth. It's sticky, viscous, a tad chewy and pastry-like. Gives flavors but not layers. Relatively simple, all in all.
