We've teamed up with Overtone for the second in our series with Bobbi Abbey. We've again showcased YCH303 Cryo pellets, infused with thiol-packed phantasm powder, alongside additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. The result is a thick and juicy DIPA, that packs a bit of a punch at 8.2%. You should be getting flavours of tropical Fruit, tangerine, melon, gooseberry, and a lasting pine aftertaste.

Pas mon type de bières, mais les arômes sont vraiment intéressant. Des notes de café, chocolat et vanille, reste plaisante malgré tout !

Comme une DIPA anglaise de Leeds. Illustration qui déchire. Magnifique robe trouble. Orge, blé et avoine pour une texture bien épaisse. Cinq houblons pour des saveurs hautement fruitées, avec du melon, des fruits jaunes à noyau et même de la vanille. Un fort caractère, des arômes complexes et réjouissants. Le moine du nord nous régale encore. Je plébiscite vivement.

Une bière un peu plus accessible que ses copines offrant de fait un rapport qualité prix très intéressant pour assurer un creux dans une soirée où se disputeraient de meilleures boissons.
