This was such a fun project to undertake! Every time we get a new tank, we brew a custom beer that won’t be distributed to our restaurant partners. This practice ensures everything is in top shape with the tank and allows us the option to drain the beer if any quality issues arise. With a new tank we acquired recently, we brewed this beautiful Australian Sparkling Ale, specially for one of the leading scale-ups in Finland. The beer is destined for a private party of theirs, so they were looking for something tasty yet crushable to enjoy throughout their special event. We didn’t hold back on the hops, making it akin to a NEIPA in terms of dry hopping. We ended up with an extra 200-300 cans of this brew. So, @jormanmatkassa worked some of his AI magic and created some fantastic graphics for the cans, which we are now selling from our brewery shop.
