Sometimes when a beer is local and easily available you tend to forget that you never rated it. That goes for this Good People brewery. Just wanted a refreshing IPA and I checked to see what I thought about it only to discover I've never rated it. Deep burnt orange color with a flash of red. Orange head that almost left the glass. Tropical citrus aroma leaning towards grapefruit. First sip gives your tongue a quick slap of hop bitterness. Quickly turns dry. Not what I was really hoping for. A lot of projects to get done on this Saturday and I just wanted something light and refreshing. Trying one would have been fun but now I have a six pack. Too bitter for me.

Deliciously hoppy with a crisp citrus finish.
