Aroma: Grapefruit, grass, pine and orange peel. Mouthfeel is dry, fresh, balanced, clean, easy to drink and bitter. Taste: Grapefruit, grass, pine and orange peel. Aftertaste is dry, bitter and grapefruity. Quite classic Monkish mouthfeel, but not as fruity and smooth as I was hoping for.
