Pretty mild, can taste a hint of bourbon, aftertaste of cocoa, ok

Tan head, large bubbles receding. Aroma of sweet milk chocolate, with a touch of amaretto. Above average weight for a porter. It's creamy but not sticky. At first I get their vanilla and toffee, and only later the cocoa in a mildly toated malt. By the middle it all starts to fade and the finish leaves only a memory of dry cocoa. Never found the bourbon or the oak barrel or any of the 8%. I still enjoyed the flavor. The vanilla and toffee stayed in the nasal long after it left the pallet. I guess the question is, would I try and seek out another? The answer is no, but it was interesting.
