What happens when instead of the standard 18 months, we age our Grand Cru for 10 years? The answer to that question is the very first edition of Rodenbach Evolved. Thanks to its exceptionally long ageing in oak foeder no. 95 the beer has an even more distinct wood character.

Viime viikonlopulta. Rodenbachin oluet ovat olleet aina itselle oikein mieluisia ja tämä ei ollut poikkeus. Hieno Flanders red ale, tamminen ja sopivan hapan.

Tummanpunainen, kirkas olut sormen vahvuisella vaahdolla. Tuoksussa on happamuutta, marjaa ja tynnyriä. Olut on keskitäyteläinen, hapokas, kuiva, kirpeä, hapan ja raikas. Mausta löytyy kirsikkaa sekä muuta marjaa, tynnyriä, maustetta, hiivaa ja omenaa. Todella maistuva olut. Hieno tasapaino tässä. (4+9+4+8+16=41) 4,1
