Traditional Beer Week 2023 @ Pikkulintu Myyrmäki. 15 Lambics, 7 Sahtis and a few real ales available.  🍺 Self-made Lambic flight. Beer 1/3 wears a really hazy, mango-juice-colored dress. The tiny actually turns slightly deeper and darker from the bottom to the top. A marginal silky lace ring adorns the top. Sour apple mash and dry white wine dominate the scent. Fresh apricot comes through also fairly distinctly. A beautiful wild-yeasty vibe hovers all over. 💛🧡💛 The taste profile is puckeringly sour. The flavors include apple juice, dry white wine, apricot and faint orange. All sour of course. Wild yeast dances fiercely in the background. Moreover, I try really hard to find plum which is supposed to be here but I fail. It must be the apricot note that stems from the plum. But why don't I receive plum then? Having checked what a Mirabelle plum actually is, I realize that it's yellow to orange color. Maybe it has an apricot imitating flavor? Very nice and surely unpredictable.  🧡💛 The body is light. Or slightly more. The finish offers citrus, apricot and white wine, like upfront. Long tail. The mouthfeel is light, tart, puckering and amply vinous. Juicy for sure. The mouthfeel is also quite funky, Belgiany, acidic, extraordinarily dry and drying. Excellent piece!
