Musta olut ruskehtavalla vaahdolla. Maitosuklainen tuoksu, taustalla hieman mallasta. Pehmeä ja yllättävän kevyt alku. Makea ja maitosuklainen pohja, seassa sokerista fudgea. Pinnalla ja jälkimaussa aika vahvasti paahdetta, joka kuivattelee kitalakea. Hieman paahteisuus pääsee yllättäänkin, kun olettaisi näiden menevän makeus ja suklaa edellä. Ihan kiva kokonaisuus, mutta ei ihan säväytä huippupisteille asti.

Happy International Stout Day!! Decedent, rich and sweet. Full bodied and big flavour to boot. Thankfully not cloying and definitely on the nicer side, for a pastry stout. Some just can’t stand.
