New in the app. A very festive drink that I didn't get to drink on my birthday yesterday. It pours a golden, apple juice-like, colour, with a fine, white head and a mild, pleasant aroma that does not really remind of beer. The whole experience is really reminiscent of enjoying a méthode traditionnelle. Although it would probably be a doux and not a brut, because it is sweet. Nothing like a Leffe or Affligem, but an enjoyable sweetness, balanced by a light bitter. If I would have to say anything negative about this beer, it would be that it could have some more depth and layers, but other than that it is a well made, enjoyable beer with a very cheeky and sneaky 12% ABV.
