This is no festivus for the restivus, on the contrary, we start brewing in the spring and it takes a full two months to reach lagered perfection. Biscuity, malty goodness dominates upfront while the noble pedigree hops lend a properly spicy, dry finish.

Has some toasted caramel malt with a dark bread taste. Basic, a little different but really good.
One of the better American Oktoberfest beers. Here it is with my new beer glass I picked up at a yard sale

Small thick head. Reddish amber color, a little hazey. Spicy and smooth. Short finish that is slightly bitter. Very good Octoberfest. Perfect for a family night of cut throat, killer, no mercy poker. Trash talking required.

Aroma is bready with some malty sweetness. Taste has a huge breadiness up front. Some malt sweetness follows. Has a medium body with a moderate amount of carbonation. Tasty beer. 3.75/5
