This is pretty good - for a Brooklyn beer it’s reminiscent of a strong Belgian lager, with a powered-up biscuity maltiness.

It pours a clear, pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruity. Flavour is grassy and fruity. This Fonio grain is interesting in a beer.
