Olut on väriltään marjaisanpunainen ja vaahtoa kertyi vajaa pari sormellista. Tuoksu on hapan, suolainen sekä popkornimainen. Maku on happaman kirsikkainen ja jälkimaussa taitaa olla tuota seljankukkaa. Semi hapan sour!

Lucid, deep red beer with restrained carbonation releases a tiny-bubbled head that exceeds two fingers. The short retention kills the foam hastily to a complete standstill. The first inhale reveals sour cherry and a suggestion of blackberry. Interestingly, the cherry is not sweet, nor very copious, which goes against my anticipation. A wheaty maltbase can be observed in a distance. Sour cherry approaches my taste receptors determinedly. This time it's relatively ample but not overwhelming anyway. A whisper of blackberry escorts the cherry flavor. Moreover, there's a distant note that confuses my understanding of the cocktail a bit, it's obviously elderflower that is part of the crew of this beer, but I fail to recognize it as such. Wheat is there for sure. Hmmm... what should I say? Works alright, no edges but not much of a character either. The body is light. The end gives the same cherry as before but dies very fast. I love the springtime in your spirit and the sparkle in your eyes; it doesn't matter if it rains or shines 'cause I'll be by your side; I can say it, you're my aftertaste and you'll always be my muse. The mouthfeel is light, somewhat tart and modestly puckering. Marginally acidic. Juicy and autumnal. Still easy. Unchallenging.
