Beautiful head and robe. Nice banana smell ! In the mouth we have a mix between banana, chocolate and peanut butter. It could have been better in my opinion but it is still pretty decent! Nice beer!

Ryan and I have been staring at this Duo beer for too long. Time to open this up. Very high, heavy head. Almost has a hard top, it actually reflects light. Aroma is outstanding, peanut butter, chocolate, banana. Not one dominates, each equally represented. First taste revealed a deep roasted malt. The three flavors, banana, chocolate, peanut butter, are present but not to the degree that I expected. As it travels into the middle, a black char forms. The char is overwhelming the three sweet flavors from the beginning. By the finish, only a very dry deep char remains. The best part was the aroma, creating expectations that were not to follow. This is first, a deep roasted malt Porter. The three flavors added were never really able to compete for dominance. Later, the char stood alone.
