Plantes, un goût d'herbes aromatiques, de l'anis, une amertume végétale... On sent la base de céréale aussi. Sinon un côté agrumé bien présent, avec de l'écorce d'orange amère, du pamplemousse. L'amertume est longue. Bon mais moyen.
