très beau design mais pas convaincu par la proposition zithologique. Et en même temps elle n'était pas assez fraîche. Je laisse une deuxième chance aux brasseurs pour me convaincre!

SAISON SICHUAN 5,7% Farmhouse Ale / Saison Br. Witloof 🇧🇪 (Bxl Evere*) Bière blonde (EBC6) bien trouble (opaque), belle mousse blanche. Parfums de céréales caramelisées. Goût un peu épicé et fruité avec amertume marquée en fin de bouche. ℹ️ IBU 33 Houblons Galaxy, Centennial. Malts d'orge et de froment. Infusée au poivre de Sichuan. *Brassée chez CoHop à Etterbeek
