Late Saturday evening with ryebread and this domestic craftbeer ipa from gipsybrewery. Pours hazy beer, color is yellow ti ted to orange. Thin, lacy but sticky foam. Scent is to citrus fruit pulp and peel, coniferous too. Taste is bitter and crispy with hops, lemon and grapefruit peel plus passionfruit, also resins. Some sweetness in lingers in taste. Despite bitter hoppiness, there is kind of watery mouthfeel. Surprisingly good ipa, basic.
