Tasmanian Eclipse and local Cascade hops bring notes of pine and orange zest. Along with a dose of fresh, organic, orange peel, our wheat ale makea a great patio or backyard sipper.

As my wife pulls into the driveway, it occurs to me that I might be in trouble, I'm supposed to be building a gate.
But I never start a project without thinking things through, and what better way to unleash the imagination than with a fine beer.
Filling the glass, the beer displays a fairly attactive orangish yellow, cloudy, and translucent. A nice bright head appears humbly riding on top.
The nise is treated to a lovely refreshing light orange and guava, followed closely but subtly with pine.
At first sip, I was intrigued by a soft pillowy ceaminess. Initially, gentle flavors of calm orange took the stage. A bit yeasty, the beer then displayed very faint pine.
By the next sip, a fine balance between the flavors was being showcased and remained. As it warmed, the pine notes crept ever so cautiously forward.
Overall, it's a nice, bright calming beer. Well done.
An afterthought. There is a very gentle spiciness throughout that may be from the wheat and possibly the yeast. Pleasing.
