Vadelmaa ja kirsikkaa tuoksussa. Suutuntuma on hiilihappoinen, kuiva, kirpsakka, hapan ja ryhdikäs. Lopuksi oikein kuohkea suutuntuma. Maussa reilusti happamuutta, vadelmaa ja kirsikoita. Tykkään kyllä näistä, joissa on kunnon happamuus. Vetää suuta mutruun.
