Aamupäivällä on tehty hotellin vaihto ja hikinen retki kukkulan päälle St. Jorgen linnaan (hieno paikka!). Nyt lounasta ja taster-setti paikallisen Canil-panimon taproomissa. Ensimmäisenä vuorossa raikas kölsch. Tuoksu on kevyt, kukkainen, kuten näissä on tapana. Maku on raikas, aavistuksen maltainen ja kevyen katkera. Jälkimaku on lähinnä katkera ja aika lyhyt.

Stinging at first taste and stays cool throughout the way. No sweetness to complicate things. Not my favourite beer style probably but works decently as a kölsch.

Czech styled Kolsch but I am not sure. Has quite a weird taste which is almost fishy. Definitely not my type of beer and I won’t be going back again. Cloudy complexion which again is a little weird for a Kolsch. Not for me

Petite bière légère aux notes de céréales et vaguement citronné. Une super bock light.
