A nice brewery in Huntsville, Alabama. The head foamed up quickly, held on a while then died down. Light yellow color, clear. Faint lager aroma. More flavor than I was expecting because of its light color. Soft and smooth. Corn malt and it's on the sweet side. Has just a trace of bitterness in the finish and then most of flavor disappears. The kind of beer that begs for another glass not another sip. This is a beer drinkers beer. Light and exceedingly drinkable. Not to be enjoyed slowly for a refined experience. This beer falls into the category of most American pilsners in that it's meant to be consumed by volume. Except it has the added bonus of actually being a really good lager.🍺 I can easily drink a six pack of this and still be less alcohol than two of my strong stouts. 😆
