Hazy beer whose color is like smashed watermelon slush (it looks actually strange in the picture). A velvety head adorns the surface up to three fingers because of fairly lively carbonation. Retention maintains the foamy cap for some time but eventually gives in and allows the froth to descend to peace.
Raspberry performs strongly in the fragrance. There's an additional twist of something that I first thought would be mint but proves then to be lime. Nice combination. Supportive help comes from wheat biscuit.
The taste deviates somewhat from the juicy universe that suggests a sweeter palette. What I, instead, receive is relatively sour raspberry mash, seasoned by a zippy hint of lime. Auxiliary elements include cranberry, spruce tip and wheat malt.
The body is light but absolutely not thin. The finish puts forward the same sour raspberry and a suggestion of lime on a wheaty bed. The aftertaste is crazy, it's party.
The mouthfeel is light, tart, a tad puckering, still juicy and summery. Effervescent, drying and moderately mouthcoating, as well.

La framboise ahh la framboise, ben y en a c'est pas une légende urbaine. De la bombe, très fruitée et légèrement acide.
