A collaboration with The White Hag, and the ultimate biscuity Brown Ale, this beer takes inspiration from perfectly caramelised cookies - so it's gently spiced and packed full of speciality roasted malts for depth of flavour. Moreish sweetness is balanced by carefully selected hops.

Can’t taste much of it due to my snotty nose. Subtle notes getting through can get the brown beer hints. Definitely biscuit flavoured for sure.
Anya: ‘4/5 tastes like Guinness but not. I’d rather eat lotus biscuits but it does have a sweeter taste than most disgusting beers.’

Great name. A dark pour for a brown ale, with a reasonable head and toasty aromas. It’s lighter than it looks but has definite toasted flavours with subtle biscuit and a slight hint of caramel. Roasted malts on the aftertaste.
Judge’s label: Would have another
