Golden und trüb präsentiert sich dieses Bier im Glas. Schaumkrone passt, etwas instabil. Geruchlich ist tatsächlich leicht Salz und Algen da, dazu dezente Hopfenbittere. Geschmacklich merke ich das Salz gar nicht. Nach einem frischen Einstieg mit leichter Kohlensäure wird das Mundgefühl etwas cremig. Es schmeckt grasig-krautig und leicht bitter im Abgang. Nachdem das normale Moretti so gar nicht meins ist, bin ich tatsächlich positiv überrascht.
